FAQ - Terms and Conditions

Well no actaul questions,  just answers

1) Prices shown are in AUD$, we reserve the right to change any advertised prices any time. 


2) GST at the rate of 10% is included in all product prices. Non Australian Customers will not have to pay this. The shopping cart system currently is set only for Australian Customers. We will advise international customers of pricing and freight by request.


3) All products are subject to availability and may be changed at any time.


4) All items are dispatched using Australia Post unless other options are arranged. 


5) Payment must be made before orders can be dispatched. If paying by cheque we will wait until cheque is cleared before dispatching order.


6) Delivery will usually be within 5 working days. Please check status of order on this website.


7) Should there be a delay in delivery then we will notify you within 48 hours, you will be advised of the expected delivery date or if the product is no longer available.


8) In the event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us in writing. In the case of non-delivery please wait 10 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In case of goods received damaged or faulty please retain the product and contact us within 7 days of receipt, whereupon we will arrange for the item to be exchanged or provide a full refund.


9) Please select items wisely as we do not refund for incorect choices.


10) We are a real world "Bricks and Mortar" store that has been working with customers since 1994. Be assured we will work with our customers to solve any problems that may arise
